How can I make a payment?

To make a payment, please use 1 of the 3 following options:

- Walk your payment into any Kevin Jewelers store (Click here to find the location nearest you)

There is a fee for payments made over the phone.

To make a payment on a past due account, our team is able to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM PST - 7:00 PM PST and Saturday from 10:00 AM PST - 7:00 PM PST. We are closed on Sunday.

For all other payments and finance-related inquiries, our team is able to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST.

If your call is regarding a purchase or experience at a Kevin Jewelers location, please email CS@kevinjewelers.com. Please note our Sabie Finance team does not have access to Kevin Jewelers store information, and they will direct you to email cs@kevinjewelers.com as well.

Do I have a grace period?

Yes! We understand life happens and a payment may not be exactly on time, so we provide a grace period of nine (9) days from the due date of a payment. For example, if your due date is on the 1st of the month, then your payment must be received by 6pm PST on the 10th of the month in order to avoid a late fee. 


Which credit bureau do you report to?

Sabie Finance reports to Experian.


I recently changed my name. How can I update my name on my account?

Please provide a copy of any 1 of the 3 following items:

Court name change documents

OR

Marriage certificate

OR

ID or Driver’s License with your new name that matches the ID/Driver’s License number you used when opening your Sabie Finance account.

Please provide us with a copy of your documentation by visiting your local Kevin Jewelers or directly sending a copy to us via email, fax, or mail.


How do I update my phone number or address?

Please either visit your local Kevin Jewelers or directly call, email, fax, or mail the changes to Sabie Finance.


What is Payment Protection Insurance?

Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is a convenient and economical way to protect your account and financed purchases. You will have peace of mind and be able to rest assured knowing that your credit rating will remain in good standing in the event that you are unable to make your monthly payment for any of the covered reasons. PPI will also pay off the remaining balance on your account in the event of death within the policy maximum. There are no physical or health questions needed to answer in order to be enrolled. Sabie Finance is a jewelry financing company that works exclusively with Kevin Jewelers. We are the in-house financing company of Kevin Jewelers. Established in 1998, Sabie Finance was created to serve Kevin Jewelers customers by guaranteeing financing for any customer in any Kevin Jewelers location!
